Problems we had
The switch endurance tester performs a pressurization test of 100,000 times a day. The load sensor could not be mounted on the load cell of the foil gauge type, because it reaches the specified number of times immediately.
Solving Problems
Piezoelectric sensors are built with the crystal pressurized inside. There is no durability in the specification, and if the load is less than the rated capacity, it can be used semi-permanently without breaking. A sensor is mounted on the support plate of the switch endurance tester to achieve load management.
