Incorrect timing of oscillation and load during ultrasonic welding may lead to incorrect bonding of the resin. The vibration linked with the load could not be seen even if the start time of oscillation could be seen by the acceleration sensor.

Because piezoelectric load sensors have very high responsiveness, load signals and oscillation timing can be monitored simultaneously. It is possible to monitor the load at an appropriate oscillation timing to catch the waveform change when a failure occurs and prevent the outflow of defective products.
