Problems we had
There is a special terminal where the condition of the conductor cannot be visually observed after crimping. And, it can not be inspected by human eyes, because it is produced by a full-automatic crimping machine. An inspection machine that can measure all dimensions before crimping is needed.

By installing a space-saving laser sensor on the wire transfer path, the strip length can be measured at all speeds.
