Ultra-compact pressure sensor.
Semiconductor strain gauges that show a value 70 times or more greater than the gauge factor of the metal foil strain gauge are used, and are extremely sensitive.
Slight changes in pressure can be measured with high accuracy.
The product is dust-and water-proof (equivalent to IP67) and can be used underwater under specified conditions.
Excellent zero point temperature characteristics of ± 0.05%RO/℃.
